file_attribute_parameters

Get all parameters for the given attribute on the given file

namespace HH\Facts;

function file_attribute_parameters(
  string $file,
  classname<\HH\FileAttribute> $attribute,
): vec<dynamic>;

Return an empty vec if the given file doesn't exist or doesn't have the given attribute.

Throw InvalidOperationException if Facts is not enabled.
