Writes a full DTD entity

Parameters​

  • string $name - The name of the entity.
  • string $content - The content of the entity.
  • bool $pe = false
  • string $publicid = ''
  • string $systemid = ''
  • string $ndataid = ''

Returns​

  • bool - - Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
