startTime

Note

This is a point-in-time snapshot of the API documentation from January 2026. Going forward, we will not be maintaining a public copy of these references, and recommend users to refer to the built-in signature helpers available in the Hack LSP instead for complete and up-to-date information.

The start time when the successful query began, in seconds since epoch

public function startTime(): float;

Returns

  • float - the start time as float seconds since epoch.

Examples

Every successful query has a result. And one of the methods on an AsyncMysqlQueryResult is startTime(), which tells you the time when we started to get our result.

Note that

  elapsedMicros() ~== endTime() - startTime()
