Returns a pseudorandom string of length $length

function string(
  int $length,
  ?string $alphabet = NULL,
): string;

The string is composed of characters from $alphabet if $alphabet is specified. This is NOT suitable for cryptographic uses.

For secure random strings, see SecureRandom\string.
