fill_keys

Returns a new dict where all the given keys map to the given value

function fill_keys<Tk as arraykey, Tv>(
  Traversable<Tk> $keys,
  Tv $value,
): dict<Tk, Tv>;

Time complexity: O(n) Space complexity: O(n)
